Return & Refund Policy

At Velocity Bikes, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused.

• Item must be in its original packaging.

• Item must be in resalable condition.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery.

• Clearance or final sale items.

• Gift cards.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
